This is a two tier Elephant themed cake. I was told the centerpieces for the baby shower had peanuts in them, so I went with peanut decor to tie in with the Elephant theme of the shower. I love this cake. Bottom tier is white chocolate cake with raspberry filling and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. All pieces are made from marshmallow fondant.
