A Hula Barbie Cake for the birthday girl. Bottom cake is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Hula skirt is a white chocolate cake with strawberry filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Flowers and banner are made of fondant. Barbie of course is plastic ;-)
