Another Pirate Ship

Another Pirate Ship of mine, with a little extras this time per request of the client. This is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling covered with fresh strawberries. Fluffy buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents. An island with treasure chest and palm tree were added this time and I LOVE the idea!

Pirate Ship Cake #3
My 3rd Pirate Ship Cake! I changed a couple of things since my last pirate ship to make it a little bit different. This is a marble cake with chocolate mousse filling and melt in your mouth chocolate frosting. All pieces are made out of marshmallow fondant. The waves are fluffy buttercream frosting. I'm loving the red striped tattered sails!

Pirate Ship Cake

Pirate ship cake that I was very pleased with. I am suprised how nice it turned out. I could have kept adding things to it too. It's a chocolate cake with chocolate mint frosting and marshmallow fondant accents and fluffy buttercream frosting as the water. This is a mixture of ideas I saw on the internet and I love the pirate on the plank with the sharks swimming down below. I made the pirates out of fondant. I'm still new at shaping objects out of fondant, so they aren't perfect but cute!
