Celebration Cake & Yummy Goodies

A bunch of yummies for a birthday celebration of a young man in the military.  Celebration Cake . . . my signature cake. Dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and raspberry filling, covered in a whipped ganache. Fluffy buttercream scroll piping.  Vanilla Almond Cupcakes with vanilla cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting.  Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.

Elegant Welcome Cake

This cake was for a welcoming party at our church for our new minister, Sherm Nichols, and his family! Top & bottom tiers are vanilla cake with raspberry filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Middle tier is dark chocolate cake with fluffy buttercream frosting and filling.
