A 4th of July Birthday Cake for the birthday girl. Bottom tier is devil's food cake with raspberry filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is white cake with lemon filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant.
US Navy Bridal Shower Cake
US Navy Bridal Shower cake for the happy couple. Groom is in the US Navy. Bottom cake is dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top cake is a lemon cake with raspberry cream filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Rope and anchor are made of marshmallow fondant. Red hearts are made from modeling chocolate.
