Swirly Flower Birthday Cake

A birthday cake for my Momma-In-Law!  This is a dark chocolate cake with classic buttercream frosting and filling.  Roses are piped as well as the scrollwork, berries and branches.  I had no fondant or I would have made white branches poking out with the berries on them.  Still pretty and it's fondant free!

Spring Demonstration Cake

My first cake demonstration!!!! I made up this cake for a cake demonstration I did at Provena Cor Mariea. I actually enjoyed and would do it again. I brought in this cake and made one identical to this one in front of people ;-) This is a simple cake, vanilla cake with fluffy buttercream frosting and filling. I did make fondant ribbon roses for deco. So simple & pretty!

Foofa Present Cake

This is Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba jumping out of a birthday present with regular buttercream frosting, vanilla cream filling and marshmallow fondant accents. It's a chocolate/vanilla marble cake.
