Horse Cake

A Horse Cake for the girl celebrating her 9th Birthday.  This is a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant.  Horse is painted with food color for a more textured effect.  Edible pink glitter on the bridle.

Pink & Brown Girly Ruffle Cake

A 1st birthday cake for the birthday girl! One of my favorite cakes ever, but could be because I love anything with pink & brown & ruffles. Yep, pretty much girly stuff! Bottom tier is white chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Top tier is dark chocolate cake with fluffy buttercream frosting and filling. Marshmallow fondant accents. The ruffle is a technique I got from Martha Stewart by piping the buttercream. Was actually fun and not too hard. Do I ever love this cake!

Girly 40th Birthday Cake

40th Birthday cake for a MOPS friend. It's a white chocolate cake with strawberry filling and melt in your mouth chocolate frosting. Marshmallow fondant accents. This is my first time making ribbon roses. I think they turned out nice! And I love the pink & brown colors!!!

Cupcake Girl Baby Shower Cake

This is one of my first cakes. For a baby shower at our MOPS table for one of "my girls". A dark chocolate cake with raspberry cream filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I love the pink and brown colors and of course, the cupcake!

Cherry Blossom 80th Birthday Cakes

Birthday cakes for an amazing 80 year old woman. The white cake is a dark chocolate cake with raspberry cream filling and white chocolate frosting. The pink cake is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and filling. The 80 figures were piped out of white chocolate. These are so pretty.
