A Two Tiered Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cake for the 1st Birthday Boy! I was given a picture of a cake to replicate, although I did add a few of my own touches ;-) The bottom tier is vanilla cake with strawberry filling and regular buttercream. The top tier is dark chocolate cake with strawberry filling and regular buttercream. Covered in marshmallow fondant.
