One of the yummiest cakes ever! I made this cake for my brother-in-law's birthday. My sister Kelly made the emblem and it took her forever, like six hours. My brother-in-law ate it in 2 seconds ;-) This is a coffee flavored cake infused with cinnamon coffee syrupr, and frosted and filled with a coffee flavored mascarpone cream. I crushed toffee bars in between layers as well. Crushed toffee on top as well. Just plain yumminess!!!!
