Birch Tree Wedding Cake with Carved Initials

A Birch Tree Wedding Cake with the couple's initials carved into the three.  The couple had the cutest little duck bride and groom toppers that had "nickname" meanings to the couple.  Top and bottom tier are dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and raspberry filling, covered in fluffy buttercream. Middle tier is vanilla cake with vanilla bean cream filling covered in fluffy buttercream. Modeling chocolate was used for the exterior birch tree effect.  Flowers were added by http://www.thetreasureshopflorist.com/.  They did beautiful work to my cake ;-)
