Birch Tree Wedding Cake with Carved Initials

A Birch Tree Wedding Cake with the couple's initials carved into the three.  The couple had the cutest little duck bride and groom toppers that had "nickname" meanings to the couple.  Top and bottom tier are dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and raspberry filling, covered in fluffy buttercream. Middle tier is vanilla cake with vanilla bean cream filling covered in fluffy buttercream. Modeling chocolate was used for the exterior birch tree effect.  Flowers were added by http://www.thetreasureshopflorist.com/.  They did beautiful work to my cake ;-)

Spongebob Cake! Because this cake was for a smaller amount of servings I did not stand him up like my other spongebob cakes. And yes, I forgot his arms and by the time I had noticed I was out of fondant.

Librarian's Bridal Shower Cake

Bridal Shower Cake for a Librarian. A stack of books. Was sent a picture of a cake to replicate ;-)  

Top & Bottom books are dark chocolate cake with vanilla cream filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Middle book is vanilla cake with vanilla cream filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Rice Paper book covers. Middle book is covered in silver luster dust, although it does not show up in the picture. Flower is made of modeling chocolate.

Angry Birds Cake

Angry Birds Cake for the birthday boy.  This is a dark chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling with chopped reeses peanut butter cups and whipped chocolate ganache frosting. Marshmallow fondant accents and figures. The slingshot and the thing the piggies are on is made of modeling chocolate.
