Toffee Tiramisu Layer Cake! For the coffee/toffee lovers! The frosting is a whipped coffee flavored mascarpone. A cinnamon espresso drenched french vanilla cake, with layers of coffee mascarpone frosting filling with chopped heath bars in between layers and and top of cake. This is a four layer cake . . . the best kind! I prefer equal parts filling to cake ;-)
