Cookbook Cake with Starbucks Coffee and Truffles



This is a Food & Wine Cookbook cake with all the birthday girl's favorites: a good cup of coffee, chocolate chip cookie dough truffles and eyeglasses for reading. It is a dark chocolate cake with raspberry cream filling and regular buttercream frosting covered in marshmallow fondant. Starbucks mug and eyeglasses are made of marshmallow fondant. The truffles are real ;-) I used rice paper for the magazine cover and Starbucks emblem.
