Treasure Chest & Map Cake

A treasure chest and map to accompany the pirate themed birthday party! This is a marble cake with strawberry filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. All decoration is made out of marshmallow fondant. This picture looks great, however by the time it got to the party, it had succumb to the heat of the summer and did a little buckling on the side. Definitely looking forward to making cakes in the winter ;-)
