This is a Two Tiered Christmas Present Cake and Mini Cake for Christmas Day. The bottom is a vanilla cake with vanilla cream filling and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. The top tier is a dark chocolate cake with banana cream filling and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. The mini green present cake is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake! Although I found the idea in a book that I was browsing through in Barnes & Noble just before I had to do the cake.
