A Turquoise & Purple Girly 1st Birthday Ruffle Cake
A Two Tier Girly Ruffle 1st Birthday Cake. Bottom tier is a dark chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling with mini Reeses Peanut Butter cups and fluffy buttercream frosting. Top tier is white chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Marshmallow fondant accents.

Laundry Line Baby Shower Cake
A fun pink & brown baby shower cake with a laundry line theme. This is a neopolitan flavored cake. Three layers of cake in each tier consisting of strawberry, vanilla and dark chocolate. Fluffy buttercream frosting and filling, covered in marshmallow fondant. Ruffles are fluffy buttercream.

Pink & Brown Girly Ruffle Cake
A 1st birthday cake for the birthday girl! One of my favorite cakes ever, but could be because I love anything with pink & brown & ruffles. Yep, pretty much girly stuff! Bottom tier is white chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Top tier is dark chocolate cake with fluffy buttercream frosting and filling. Marshmallow fondant accents. The ruffle is a technique I got from Martha Stewart by piping the buttercream. Was actually fun and not too hard. Do I ever love this cake!
