This is a Rockford Ice Hogs Ice Cream Cake. It's a dark chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. The hockey sticks are puck are made of marsmallow fondant. The Ice Hogs logo is good ol' fashioned piping by way of picture transfer.
