Mickey Mouse Headshot cake covered in marshmallow fondant. It's a vanilla cake with fluffy buttercream frosting and strawberry filling. I'm surprised how easy these faces are to make. So much easier than an entire character's figure.

Disney Headshot Cakes

These cakes were for a 3 year old girl's birthday. I'm surprised how well the faces turned out for me doing them for the first time ever, and it wasn't to completely hard. The Dopey cake is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and melt in your mouth frosting. The Minnie Mouse cake is a strawberry cake with vanilla cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Both are covered in fondant.
