Two Cakes of Three in a Day ;-)

I actually had three cakes I did this day, the other one being the traditional carrot cake, but I had already delivered in to my neighbor before I got this picture of these two.

Cinderella Birthday Cake

A two tier Cinderella Cake for the birthday girl. I am so pleased with how this cake turned out. Who doesn't love a classic Disney princess. Bottom tier is vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is dark chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. All pieces are made from marshmallow fondant. I placed Cinderella on the cake a little contorted on accident, and didn't notice it until she was permanently stuck on there.
