This gingerbread gift box cake was for our MOPS giveaway at our Christmas Brunch. I used it as the centerpiece at our table. It's a vanilla butter cake with powdered sugar icing. Gingerbread cookies are real. The ribbon is made of fruit by the foot and sparkling sugar crystals. This one ranks up there at the top of my favorites. I saw this idea in a Southern Living magazine. My favorite magazine of all times!
