A US Army Recognition/Thank You cake for my cousin who was home in the states for a couple weeks from Afghanistan. This is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, with a yummy chocolate ganache drizzle. The emblem is made of marshmallow fondant.
