A Lego Man cake for my 3rd son's birthday in September. This is a chocolate/vanilla marble cake with caramel filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. The Lego Man is made of Rice Krispie Treats. This cake did not turn out as well as I would have liked but I did not have a lot of time the weekend I did this cake, as we had the Car Show and another one of my son's birthday as well ;-)
