A High School Graduation Cake for the student heading off to the University of Illinois in the fall.  The top "T" shape of the cake is devil's food cake with chocolate ganache filling and whipped chocolate ganache frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. The lower "-" of the cake is banana cake with banana cream filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant.

US Navy Bridal Shower Cake

US Navy Bridal Shower cake for the happy couple.  Groom is in the US Navy.  Bottom cake is dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top cake is a lemon cake with raspberry cream filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Rope and anchor are made of marshmallow fondant. Red hearts are made from modeling chocolate.

A Sesame Street Themed Birthday cake for Twin boys!  

Bottom tier is marble cake with chocolate mousse filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is vanilla cake with strawberry filling and classic buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. A pieces are made of marshmallow fondant except for Oscar the Grouch's garbage can, which is made of modeling chocolate.
