Safari Baby Shower Cake

A Safari Themed Baby Shower Cake.  I love this cake.  It was made to match the baby's quilt and I think it turned out a lot better than I had expected. Bottom tier is vanilla/chocolate marble cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting. Top cake is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling.  Marshmallow fondant accents.  The banner is dusted with gold luster dust.

A Little Einsteins Rocket Ship Cake for the Birthday boy.  This is a dark chocolate cake with vanilla cream filling and classic buttercream frosting covered in marshmallow fondant.

Purple Unicorn Cake

A Purple Unicorn Cake.  This is a vanilla/chocolate marble cake with cookies and cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant.  Flower and unicorn horn are covered in gold and silver luster dust.

Charlie Brown "The Great Pumpkin" Cake.  This is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling, covered in marshmallow fondant.  All pieces are made of  marshmallow fondant.

Girly Birthday Cake

A Girly birthday cake.  The request was to have butterflies, ladybugs, flowers, a frog and the color purple. T his was my interpretation.  This is a dark chocolate cake with vanilla cream filling a classic buttercream frosting.  The butterflies are dusted with silver luster dust.  The bow and ribbon are covered in edible pink glitter and the frog is dusted with gold luster dust.

Sunflower Themed 1st Birthday Cake

A fun Sunflower cake for the 1st birthday girl.  This is a strawberry cake with a vanilla cream filling and classic buttercream frosting.  Marshmallow fondant accents.  The sunflower middles are dipped in granulated sugar.

Simple Elegant Pearl Celebration Cake

I love this cake for it's simplicity and elegance of the pearls, which took me forever.  This is a celebration cake.  It is a vanilla cake with lemon filling and fluffy buttercream frosting.  Marshmallow fondant flowers and pearls.  The pearls are dusted in a pearl luster dust.
