Tornado Cake

A Tornado cake for our boy who loves crazy weather. This is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream frilling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. The house and tornado are made of rice krispie treats, covered in royal icing and marshmallow fondant. I did get the idea for this cake of the internet, so don't give me credit of it ;-)

Designer Three Tier Baby Shower Cake

A Designer Baby Shower Cake that was made to match the invite. I used a damask stencil and a light purple royal icing for the damask pattern. Bottom tier is vanilla cake with vanilla mascarpone cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Middle tier is strawberry cake with strawberry filling and white chocolate frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting and filling, covered in marshmallow fondant. Marshmallow fondant accents.

Ford Emblem Cake

One of the yummiest cakes ever! I made this cake for my brother-in-law's birthday. My sister Kelly made the emblem and it took her forever, like six hours. My brother-in-law ate it in 2 seconds ;-) This is a coffee flavored cake infused with cinnamon coffee syrupr, and frosted and filled with a coffee flavored mascarpone cream. I crushed toffee bars in between layers as well. Crushed toffee on top as well. Just plain yumminess!!!!

Chicago Blue Line Train Cake

A Chicago Blue Line Cake. This was my last cake of a series of tons of cakes so the detail is lacking a bit. I believe I finished it at 5:00 in the morning. It's a dark chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling with chopped reeses peanut butter cups and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant.
