Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Cake
A Giant Reeses Peanut Butter Cup for the love of my life on his birthday! This is a dark chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse filling and chopped Reeses peanut butter cups, covered in a whipped ganache, which is to die for! Ultrarich and yummy cake!

November Family Birthday Cakes
Two family birthday cake for November birthdays. The brown one is a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered in whipped ganache. The white one is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. Simple yet sweet cakes!
Scooby Doo Mystery Machine Cake
A Mystery Machine cake for the boy who loves Scooby Doo (okay, actually loves Fred and his ascot)! This is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream frosting and fluffy buttercream covered in marshmallow fondant. If I had more time for this cake, I would have had it standing up, with all four sides decorated. Still looks good I think!
Owl 1st Birthday Cake
A 1st Birthday Cake with an Owl Theme, set to match an owl fabric given by the client. This is a marble cake with strawberry filling and regular buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. I really enjoy the color combination in this cake and I am so surprised that I was able to match the fabric fairly closely.
Sweet Sixteen Food Frenzy Cake
A Sweet Sixteen birthday cake. The theme for the party that night was "Food Frenzy", thus the ice cream sundae, gummy worms and oreos. This is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling and fluffy buttercream frosting. All pieces are made out of fondant. I used edible sparkle dust on the "Sweet 16" for that added touch! Love this cake!
Lightning McQueen Cake (3rd One)
Lightning McQueen Cake! My third one, and somehow each one looks different than the other. This is a dark chocolate cake with raspberry filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Vroom, vroom!
Halloween Birthday Cake
A Halloween Birthday Cake. Bottom tier is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling, covered in marshmallow fondant. Top tier is dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and fluffy buttercream frosting, covered in marshmallow fondant. Bottom tier is painted purple. All pieces are made out of marshmallow fondant, including the tree and house. I was given a picture from the client of a cake she liked, and I followed most of it with a few of my own additions. I am very pleased with this cake!
